While touring in Europe, as one of the world's top female skateboarders,
I severely injured my knee. Through proper education & programming
I was able to rehabilitate to a higher level of physical excellence. Programs are tailored to the special needs of female & male bodies. Women's programs start with the mind to muscle connection exercises, then high rep low weights to burn fat and reshape the body. After competing with the boy's on a professional level, I understand the importance of male mentality - male programs a redesigned around awakening muscle memory, reshaping to build muscle fiber and burning fat.

Working as a personal trainer for 5 years, being a top athlete and coming back from a serious injury is key in helping others get into shape.
